About the Role
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will drive enterprise-level deals and mentor our growing sales team. This position requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Close enterprise-level deals with extended sales cycles
- Expand existing client relationships through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions
- Coach junior sales representatives on deal strategy and presentation skills
- Share best practices and insights during team meetings
- Analyze competitors and market trends to advise product and marketing teams
