Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional to coordinate our raw material and finished goods storage operations in Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate store employees to receive raw materials and finished goods, ensuring safe storage and quality maintenance until dispatch
• Oversee receipt of all purchased items (local and imported) according to packing lists and invoices
• Document and report any damage or short landings immediately
• Update and create stock bin cards for all inventory items upon receipt or issuance of goods
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports comparing quantities with physical stock counts
• Organize inventory within the store and ensure security against damage
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts in accordance with established frequency schedules
• Monitor stock levels against company minimum stock requirements in conjunction with property administration
• Maintain accurate inventory records to support reliable decision-making
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to immediate supervisor
