Account & Registration
Click "Sign up" in the top right corner. Choose your account type (candidate or employer) and fill in the form. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
Yes! You can register and sign in directly with your Google or LinkedIn account. Your profile will be pre-filled with your social account information.
After registration, a verification email is sent automatically. Click the link it contains. If you haven't received it, check your spam or request a resend from the verification page.
Log in to your account, go to your dashboard then to "Password" (accessible from your profile navigation). You will need to enter your current password and then the new one.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.
From your dashboard, go to "Security (2FA)". Click "Enable", scan the QR code with an app like Google Authenticator or Authy, then confirm with the 6-digit code. Recovery codes will be provided in case you lose access.
From your dashboard, go to "Delete" (accessible from your profile navigation). You will need to confirm with your password and type "DELETE". Warning: this action is irreversible and deletes all your data.
Job Search & Applications
Use the search bar on the homepage or the "Jobs" page for your country. You can filter by sector, contract type, city, experience level and keywords.
Log in, visit a job listing and click "Apply". Select your CV (or use your primary CV) and add a cover letter. Some standard jobs require a credit or an active subscription.
Premium jobs are those for which the employer has paid for better visibility. They are accessible for free to all candidates, without credits or subscription.
On a job page, click the bookmark icon. Find all your saved jobs in your dashboard under "Favorites".
From your dashboard, "My Applications" shows all your applications with their real-time status: Sent, Viewed, Shortlisted, Hired or Rejected. A visual mini-timeline shows the progression.
Yes, as long as your application is pending or viewed. Go to "My Applications" and click "Withdraw".
On the job search page, select up to 3 jobs then click "Compare". You'll see a comparison table with salary, contract, location and required skills.
On the job page, click "Report" and describe the issue. Our moderation team will review your report within 48 hours and take appropriate action.
Job Alerts
From your dashboard, go to "Job Alerts" then "Create an alert". Set your criteria (country, sector, contract type, keywords, experience level), frequency (daily or weekly) and notification channel (email, push or both).
There is no limit on the number of alerts. Create as many as you want to cover different search criteria.
In your alerts list, click the "Enable/Disable" button to pause an alert. You can reactivate it at any time.
Profile & CV
A complete profile increases your chances of being recommended for the right jobs. Our algorithm uses your skills, experience and location to suggest relevant jobs. Bonus: earn up to 5 free credits (3 at 50% + 2 at 90% completion)!
Go to your profile > "CV" tab. You can upload a PDF file (max 5 MB). The first uploaded CV is automatically set as your primary CV.
Yes! You can upload multiple CVs and choose which one to use for each application. Set a primary CV that will be used by default.
From your dashboard, access the "CV Builder". Choose from 3 templates (modern, classic, minimal), customize the accent color, and generate a professional PDF CV from your profile.
From your dashboard, click "Export Profile PDF". A comprehensive document of your full profile (information, skills, experiences, education) will be downloaded.
Go to your profile > "Cover Letters" tab. You can create, edit and delete cover letter templates. When applying, choose from your templates or write a custom letter.
Your public profile is only visible if you have checked the "Available" option in your profile information. Employers can see your skills, experiences and education (without your direct contact details).
AI Tools
We offer 7 AI-powered tools: CV Creation, CV Audit (analysis and scoring), CV Improvement, Cover Letter Generation, Interview Preparation, LinkedIn Optimization and Personalized Career Coaching.
Each AI tool use costs credits (the exact cost is displayed on each tool's page). If an error occurs during generation, your credits are automatically refunded.
Paste your CV text (min. 100 characters), and our AI will analyze it in depth. You'll receive a score out of 100 with detailed recommendations on content, structure, keywords and possible improvements.
Yes! Enter the company name, job title, sector and choose a tone (formal, dynamic or creative). The AI will generate a personalized letter using your skills and experiences.
Enter the position, sector and optionally the company. The AI generates 10 typical interview questions with answer tips and strategies adapted to the African market.
Premium Tools (non-AI)
Select your country, sector and experience level. The simulator calculates an estimated salary range based on African market data, with multipliers by sector (tech, finance, telecom, etc.).
Based on your profile (skills, experience, education, profile completion), the tool generates personalized advice for your professional development, with concrete actions to take.
Go to "Cover Letter Template", choose a style (formal, dynamic, creative), enter the job and company information, and a structured template will be generated instantly — without using credits.
Credits & Subscriptions
1 credit = unlock 1 standard job listing (access employer contact details). Premium jobs are free for everyone. Credits never expire and are also used for AI tools.
From your dashboard, go to "Credits". Choose the desired quantity and proceed to payment. The unit price is displayed in your country's currency.
We offer monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. A subscription gives you unlimited access to all standard jobs during its duration, without spending credits.
We accept: Stripe and PayPal for international payments, PayDunya (Orange Money, Wave, MTN Mobile Money) for West Africa, and Flutterwave for Sub-Saharan Africa. Available methods depend on your country.
From your dashboard, go to "History". You'll find details of all your credit purchases, uses, bonuses and subscription payments with the balance after each operation.
Several ways: 3 credits when your profile reaches 50%, 2 bonus credits at 90% completion (5 credits total), and 5 credits for each referred friend who signs up (your friend also receives 2 credits).
Referrals
Share your unique referral link (available in "Referrals" on your dashboard). When a friend signs up through your link, you receive 5 credits and your friend receives 2 bonus credits. There is no limit on the number of referrals.
From the "Referrals" page, you can copy your link or share it directly on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or by email using the built-in sharing buttons.
Credits are automatically awarded as soon as your friend completes registration and confirms their email address.
Messaging
Messaging is linked to applications. When you apply for a job, a conversation can be initiated by the employer. You can then exchange messages from your dashboard > "Messages".
No, messaging is currently reserved for conversations linked to an application. You must first apply for a job to be able to communicate with the employer.
