About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media content calendar across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity
• Craft clear, engaging content tailored to diverse social platforms and audiences
• Support marketing activities including promotions, events, and exhibitions
• Spearhead innovative social media campaigns that foster customer connection, maximize engagement, and promote brand advocacy
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends to enhance digital presence
• Oversee SEO, CRM, and performance KPIs across all media types
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms
• Proficiency with social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Facebook Analytics) and multi-social posting platforms (HubSpot, Buffer)
• Strong content creation, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing skills
• Excellent communication skills
