## Title: Social Media Specialist
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as a Social Media Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media content calendar across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity
- Craft clear, engaging content tailored to diverse social platforms and audiences
- Support marketing activities including promotions, events, and exhibitions
- Spearhead innovative social media campaigns that foster customer connection, maximize engagement, and promote brand advocacy
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends to enhance digital presence
- Oversee SEO, CRM, and performance KPIs across all media types
- Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms
- Proficiency with social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Facebook Analytics) and multi-social posting platforms (HubSpot, Buffer)
- Strong content creation, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing skills
- Excellent communication skills
