An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries promptly
  • Monitor and report online reviews and guest feedback in coordination with Guest Relations
  • Promote hotel services, rooms, F&B outlets, events, and offers
  • Coordinate with departments to capture content (rooms, dining, events, staff stories)
  • Maintain content calendar and campaign schedules
  • Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity consistency
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
