Social Media Officer

Duties & Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) - Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) - Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries promptly - Monitor and report online reviews and guest feedback in coordination with Guest Relations - Promote hotel services, rooms, F&B outlets, events, and offers - Coordinate with departments to capture content (rooms, dining, events, staff stories) - Maintain content calendar and campaign schedules - Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports - Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity consistency - Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates Skills: & Competencies Required: - Content creation and storytelling skills - Photography and basic video editing - Copywriting and communication skills - Creativity and trend awareness - Analytical and reporting skills - Crisis communication awareness
