About the Role
High Caliber Nigeria Limited, a Human Resource Consulting Firm, is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant for immediate employment based in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clerical tasks including sorting and sending mail, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
- Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files appropriately
- Create and maintain record-keeping systems
- Take and deliver messages
- Ensure the office runs smoothly at all times
- Schedule meetings and send meeting invites to attendees
- Run official errands for management
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Required Skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer, printer, and copier usage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum OND qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
Compensation
₦100,000 - ₦120,000 per month plus compensation and fringe benefits
