## Title: Office Administrative Assistant

About the Role

High Caliber Nigeria Limited, a Human Resource Consulting Firm, is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant for immediate employment based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clerical tasks including sorting and sending mail, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
  • Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files appropriately
  • Create and maintain record-keeping systems
  • Take and deliver messages
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly at all times
  • Schedule meetings and send meeting invites to attendees
  • Run official errands for management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer, printer, and copier usage
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum OND qualification
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

Compensation

₦100,000 - ₦120,000 per month plus compensation and fringe benefits
