## Title: Front Desk Officer **Location:** Lagos, Nigeria

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Front Desk Officer at Echolab Radiology and Laboratory Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage reception and waiting areas to ensure a suitable environment and ambience
  • Register clients by collecting and inputting all necessary and accurate data
  • Accept client payments in line with company policy and maintain accurate payment records
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Politely guide clients to their assigned procedures and examinations
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient records in the expected format
  • Utilize checklists and job orders to ensure proper procedures and client check-out
  • Refer clients to feedback channels and ensure compliance
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the Branch Operations Manager or Customer Experience Manager
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, health, and quality standards
  • Maintain an efficient registration flow by accurately moving patients through the process
  • Interact with patients by answering questions, providing information, and maintaining an organized reception area
  • Manage the general filing system and file correspondence electronically or manually
  • Support report generation and dispatch in line with departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide accurate product knowledge to guide clients with relevant and timely information
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
  • Perform front desk duties for other branches when required
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as directed by your line manager

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Health Management, Basic Sciences, or related field
