## Title: Front Desk Officer
**Location:** Lagos, Nigeria
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Front Desk Officer at Echolab Radiology and Laboratory Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage reception and waiting areas to ensure a suitable environment and ambience
- Register clients by collecting and inputting all necessary and accurate data
- Accept client payments in line with company policy and maintain accurate payment records
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Politely guide clients to their assigned procedures and examinations
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient records in the expected format
- Utilize checklists and job orders to ensure proper procedures and client check-out
- Refer clients to feedback channels and ensure compliance
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the Branch Operations Manager or Customer Experience Manager
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, health, and quality standards
- Maintain an efficient registration flow by accurately moving patients through the process
- Interact with patients by answering questions, providing information, and maintaining an organized reception area
- Manage the general filing system and file correspondence electronically or manually
- Support report generation and dispatch in line with departmental goals and objectives
- Provide accurate product knowledge to guide clients with relevant and timely information
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
- Perform front desk duties for other branches when required
- Perform other general administrative tasks as directed by your line manager
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Health Management, Basic Sciences, or related field
