About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales Executive to leverage TikTok and other social media platforms to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will efficiently expand B2C potential customers across social media platforms, e-commerce, trading companies, and other channels to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field sales and cold calling to meet expected sales targets, leveraging insights in the e-commerce and social media sales industries
- Develop and execute sales strategies that leverage TikTok and other social media platforms
- Conduct surveys and research to understand customer needs and expectations
- Identify and screen target customers, understanding their business models and alignment with our delivery services (direct operation, distribution, e-commerce, warehousing, etc.)
- Communicate with customers to address queries and inquiries while increasing customer satisfaction through tailored Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identify potential clients and market segments aligned with logistics services and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Collaborate with the operations team to create customized logistics solutions for clients
- Analyze sales performance and metrics, identifying market trends to inform future sales strategies and enhance revenue
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records including client interactions
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry clientele such as e-commerce merchants, social media platforms, and companies requiring delivery services
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media sales industries
- Proven ability to conduct field sales and cold calling
- Experience with market research and customer needs analysis
- Proficiency in sales performance analysis and metrics interpretation
