We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking for a proactive and customer-focused female Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
  • Handle complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve service challenges.
  • Provide product/service information to customers.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Required Qualifications:
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
