Role Overview
Royal Mandarin Chinese Restaurant seeks a dedicated Creative Manager to drive the visual identity, brand experience, and creative direction of the organization. This role ensures that every event, campaign, and social media post reflects a premium, trendy, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of events, visuals, and overall brand experience
- Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to design themed nights and signature experiences
- Develop engaging content for social media, photography, and videography
- Oversee branding, lighting, stage setup, and aesthetic elements
- Introduce innovative concepts to elevate brand differentiation
- Work with vendors, photographers, and social media teams to ensure high-quality outputs
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement and guest feedback to inform creative decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in creative direction, branding, events, or nightlife
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in event branding, content creation, or venue aesthetics
- Knowledge of current social media and industry trends
- Excellent design, visual storytelling, and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments
