## Title: Creative Manager

Role Overview

Royal Mandarin Chinese Restaurant seeks a dedicated Creative Manager to drive the visual identity, brand experience, and creative direction of the organization. This role ensures that every event, campaign, and social media post reflects a premium, trendy, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of events, visuals, and overall brand experience
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to design themed nights and signature experiences
  • Develop engaging content for social media, photography, and videography
  • Oversee branding, lighting, stage setup, and aesthetic elements
  • Introduce innovative concepts to elevate brand differentiation
  • Work with vendors, photographers, and social media teams to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement and guest feedback to inform creative decisions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years in creative direction, branding, events, or nightlife
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in event branding, content creation, or venue aesthetics
  • Knowledge of current social media and industry trends
  • Excellent design, visual storytelling, and project management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments
