  • We are looking for a data-driven Customer Experience (CX) Analyst to support customer experience improvement across our QSR/retail operations. This role focuses on analyzing customer feedback, mapping customer journeys, tracking CX KPIs, and delivering insights that improve service quality, loyalty, and repeat patronage.
Key Focus Areas:
  • Customer feedback & VOC analysis (surveys, CRM, care interactions)
  • Customer journey mapping & friction-point identification
  • CX dashboards & reporting (Excel, Power BI / Tableau)
  • Competitor CX benchmarking & loyalty insights
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing & Customer Care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in CX, customer insights, or data analysis roles
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
