This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. - We are looking for a data-driven Customer Experience (CX) Analyst to support customer experience improvement across our QSR/retail operations. This role focuses on analyzing customer feedback, mapping customer journeys, tracking CX KPIs, and delivering insights that improve service quality, loyalty, and repeat patronage. Key Focus Areas: - Customer feedback & VOC analysis (surveys, CRM, care interactions) - Customer journey mapping & friction-point identification - CX dashboards & reporting (Excel, Power BI / Tableau) - Competitor CX benchmarking & loyalty insights - Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing & Customer Care Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related field - 2–4 years’ experience in CX, customer insights, or data analysis roles - Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills - Customer-centric mindset
