Security Guard - Pem Security Guard Network Limited, Lagos

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

• Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities or security issues.

• Control access to premises by ensuring that only authorized personnel are permitted entry.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing assistance as needed.

• Prepare detailed logs and incident reports, documenting any security breaches or unusual activity.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a security guard or applicable role within the security field.

• Knowledge of security operations and procedures, including monitoring systems and emergency protocols.

• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

• Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods, if required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
