Security Guard

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. - Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities or security issues. - Control access to premises by ensuring that only authorized personnel are permitted entry. - Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing assistance as needed. - Prepare detailed logs and incident reports, documenting any security breaches or unusual activity. - Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. - Provide excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus. - Proven experience as a security guard or applicable role within the security field. - Knowledge of security operations and procedures, including monitoring systems and emergency protocols. - Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. - Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods, if required. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
