This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellent execution across logistics, marketing support, and sales operations.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate logistics, manage marketers’ activities, maintain an active social media presence, and ensure smooth daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and values.
  • Manage daily operations and administration
  • Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and inventory
  • Supervise and support marketers
  • Manage social media and respond to customer inquiries
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of products in line with quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of marketers (both physical and virtual, where applicable).
  • Support the company’s goal of building trust and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in relevant Field
  • Proven experience in operations, or administrative management (experience in health, wellness, or FMCG is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Experience in operations or administration
  • Basic social media management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary N150,000 per month.
