Operations Manager

Position Overview: - The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellent execution across logistics, marketing support, and sales operations. - This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate logistics, manage marketers’ activities, maintain an active social media presence, and ensure smooth daily business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. - Manage daily operations and administration - Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and inventory - Supervise and support marketers - Manage social media and respond to customer inquiries - Ensure excellent customer service - Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of products in line with quality standards. - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of marketers (both physical and virtual, where applicable). - Support the company’s goal of building trust and long-term customer relationships. Requirements: - OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in relevant Field - Proven experience in operations, or administrative management (experience in health, wellness, or FMCG is an advantage). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools. - High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail - Experience in operations or administration - Basic social media management skills - Strong organizational and communication skills. Salary N150,000 per month.
