Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Queue patients using the Electronic Medical Records System
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and meetings for management
• Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's services
• Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media messages
• Handle order processing, confirmations, and customer follow-ups
• Address complaints and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
• Support customer retention through positive service experiences
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations (advantageous)
