## Title: Operations Assistant
Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within a dynamic healthcare environment. As an Operations Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations at our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Queue patients using the Electronic Medical Records System
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management
- Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's services
- Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media messages
- Handle order processing, confirmations, and customer follow-ups
- Address complaints and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Support customer retention through positive service experiences
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations (advantageous)

Compensation
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly
