About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented video production and editing professionals to join on a short-term basis.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film/Media Studies, Fine Arts, or related field
• Diploma or certificate course in videography, cinematography, or digital media
• Must possess own camera equipment
• Two samples of previous video editing work as references
• At least two professional references

Required Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, or media production
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects)
• Expertise in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Strong storytelling ability and creativity in visual presentation
• Solid understanding of YouTube algorithms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital content optimization
• Experience with live streaming video and audio in real-time
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with publishing software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, PDF, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw) and Canva
• Experience in media production and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Google Forms, Instagram)
• Excellent written and oral English language skills with research writing capabilities
• Superior communication skills with emphasis on creative approaches, attention to detail, and efficient delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to understand training objectives and content
• Develop video outlines, shot lists, and visual storytelling approaches for training sessions
