## Title: IT/Video Editor – Short-Term Consultant

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented video production and editing professionals to join on a short-term basis.

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film/Media Studies, Fine Arts, or related field
Diploma or certificate course in videography, cinematography, or digital media
Must possess own camera equipment
Two samples of previous video editing work as references
At least two professional references

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, or media production
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects)
Expertise in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
Strong storytelling ability and creativity in visual presentation
Solid understanding of YouTube algorithms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital content optimization
Experience with live streaming video and audio in real-time
Advanced computer skills and proficiency with publishing software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, PDF, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw) and Canva
Experience in media production and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Google Forms, Instagram)
Excellent written and oral English language skills with research writing capabilities
Superior communication skills with emphasis on creative approaches, attention to detail, and efficient delivery

Collaborate with staff to understand training objectives and content
Develop video outlines, shot lists, and visual storytelling approaches for training sessions
