About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Field Radio Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission radio equipment, antennas, and related infrastructure at field sites
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
• Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues, including signal interference and equipment faults
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize network uptime
• Conduct RF measurements and performance tests to optimize coverage and capacity
• Analyze and adjust radio parameters to improve network efficiency
• Maintain accurate site records, including equipment logs, site surveys, and test results
• Prepare reports for management on network performance and issues
• Work with network engineers, technicians, and vendors to implement network upgrades and solutions
• Ensure field activities align with project timelines and organizational standards
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for RF emissions and licensing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience

Compensation

N170,000 - N180,000 monthly
