## Title: Field Radio Engineer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Field Radio Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission radio equipment, antennas, and related infrastructure at field sites
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues, including signal interference and equipment faults
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize network uptime
- Conduct RF measurements and performance tests to optimize coverage and capacity
- Analyze and adjust radio parameters to improve network efficiency
- Maintain accurate site records, including equipment logs, site surveys, and test results
- Prepare reports for management on network performance and issues
- Work with network engineers, technicians, and vendors to implement network upgrades and solutions
- Ensure field activities align with project timelines and organizational standards
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for RF emissions and licensing
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
Compensation
N170,000 - N180,000 monthly
