An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
  • Review, refine, and edit documents, reports, and legal content to ensure they communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Improve the flow and structure of written materials so that they are easy to read and understand.
  • Check grammar, spelling, formatting, and facts to maintain accuracy and credibility.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communications.
  • Work closely with teams to understand the context behind each document and represent it accurately.
  • Provide supportive feedback to writers and contributors to help improve the overall quality of content.
  • Handle confidential information with care, sensitivity, and professionalism.
  • Deliver well-edited documents on time and ensure they meet high editorial standards.
  • Support the creation of newsletters, announcements, and internal or external communication materials.
  • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 3 –5 years of proven editing or content-development experience (experience in a legal or corporate environment is a plus).
  • Excellent command of English grammar and strong writing/editing skills.
  • Ability to review lengthy or technical documents with patience and attention to detail.
  • Ability to detect errors or inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
