A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Cashier is responsible for handling all cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent.
Key Responsibilities: Cash Handling & Transactions:
  • Receive and process cash, card, and mobile payments from customers accurately.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies immediately.
Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant transaction experience for all customers.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of daily cash transactions.
  • Submit cash reports, reconciliations, and deposit logs to the supervisor or finance department.
Assist with audits as required. Compliance & Security:
  • Adhere strictly to company cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the security of cash, tickets, and other valuables at all times.
  • Report suspicious activities or discrepancies promptly.
Team Collaboration & Operations Support:
  • Support operations team in maintaining orderly and efficient workflow.
  • Assist with inventory checks or operational duties if required.
