A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office operations
  • Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
  • Ensure submission of reports and documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and evets.
  • Assist with staff attendance records
  • Maintain updated staff & student files.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND, in Management, Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields from reputable institutions.
  • Must possess at least 1 year cognate experience working as an administrator/ marketer.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
