A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office operations
- Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
- Ensure submission of reports and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and evets.
- Assist with staff attendance records
- Maintain updated staff & student files.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND, in Management, Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields from reputable institutions.
- Must possess at least 1 year cognate experience working as an administrator/ marketer.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
