## Title: Office Administrator & HR Officer

About the Role

Mainland Group Limited is seeking a dynamic Office Administrator & HR Officer to join our expanding team at our Iddo, Lagos office. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of office activities
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave schedules
  • Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and payment of office supplies and services
  • Prepare and process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Organize company meetings, trainings, and staff events; record and circulate minutes
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory HR regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support management with HR reports

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum HND or B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information

Compensation

N500,000 - N800,000 per month
