## Title: HR Generalist
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze HR data and metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc. or B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 1 – 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and HR best practices
- Good knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to compile HR data and metrics from human resource information systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification in HR (CIPM) is a plus
