## Title: HR Operations Intern

Position Overview

Laboria Limited is seeking a proactive and reliable HR Operations Intern to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR and administrative operations. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and able to provide hands-on support to ensure internal processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal requests and operational tasks
  • Assist with employee documentation, records management, and filing
  • Support onboarding, staff movement, and general HR coordination activities
  • Liaise with internal teams to support office and operational needs
  • Track HR-related data, attendance, and basic operational reports
  • Ensure tasks are executed promptly and in line with internal procedures
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • 0 – 2 years relevant work experience
  • Recent graduate or NYSC member who has completed or is close to completing service
  • Strong interest in HR operations and administrative coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to support hands-on operations
