Position Overview
Laboria Limited is seeking a proactive and reliable HR Operations Intern to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR and administrative operations. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and able to provide hands-on support to ensure internal processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate and follow up on internal requests and operational tasks
- Assist with employee documentation, records management, and filing
- Support onboarding, staff movement, and general HR coordination activities
- Liaise with internal teams to support office and operational needs
- Track HR-related data, attendance, and basic operational reports
- Ensure tasks are executed promptly and in line with internal procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree minimum
- 0 – 2 years relevant work experience
- Recent graduate or NYSC member who has completed or is close to completing service
- Strong interest in HR operations and administrative coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to support hands-on operations
