A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Responsibilties
Human Resources Support:
- Support recruitment processes, including vacancy announcements, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff files, contracts, attendance records, and leave tracking.
- Support payroll preparation and staff benefits administration under supervision.
Administrative Support:
- Support day-to-day office administration, filing systems, and documentation management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative logistics.
- Support organization of meetings, trainings, and workshops.
Compliance & Safeguarding:
- Ensure HR and administrative processes comply with AISVIP policies, labor laws, and safeguarding requirements.
- Support dissemination and acknowledgment of organizational policies, including Code of Conduct and PSEA.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Program teams on HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare routine HR and administrative reports as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
