## Title: Admin & Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, coordination, and light recruitment support to senior management. The role supports executive operations while assisting with basic hiring and people-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
  • Coordinate office administration and daily operations
  • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive or administrative support role
  • Basic exposure to recruitment or HR processes is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office tools
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
