Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, coordination, and light recruitment support to senior management. The role supports executive operations while assisting with basic hiring and people-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
- Coordinate office administration and daily operations
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Assist with reports, presentations, and record-keeping
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive or administrative support role
- Basic exposure to recruitment or HR processes is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office tools
- High level of professionalism and discretion
