## Title: Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition & Development Manager who will design and execute end-to-end talent strategies that fuel the growth of the company. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier industrial talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring our workforce is prepared for the future through robust succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms, industry networks, and partnerships to source high-quality candidates
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding and networking initiatives

Talent Development

  • Design and implement programs for employee development, including training, mentorship, and skill-building workshops tailored to manufacturing processes
  • Work with department leaders to establish competency frameworks and identify skills gaps
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals to help employees achieve career growth

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to reduce turnover
  • Implement and manage recognition and reward programs to enhance employee motivation and retention

Workforce Planning and Succession Management

  • Support the development of workforce plans that align with production goals, budget constraints, and growth projections
  • Identify and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles through targeted development programs
