Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition & Development Manager who will design and execute end-to-end talent strategies that fuel the growth of the company. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier industrial talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring our workforce is prepared for the future through robust succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, industry networks, and partnerships to source high-quality candidates
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding and networking initiatives
Talent Development
- Design and implement programs for employee development, including training, mentorship, and skill-building workshops tailored to manufacturing processes
- Work with department leaders to establish competency frameworks and identify skills gaps
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals to help employees achieve career growth
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to reduce turnover
- Implement and manage recognition and reward programs to enhance employee motivation and retention
Workforce Planning and Succession Management
- Support the development of workforce plans that align with production goals, budget constraints, and growth projections
- Identify and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles through targeted development programs
