A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing correspondence, scheduling, record-keeping, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and electronic). - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. - Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain management calendars. - Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other official documents. - Receive visitors, clients, and direct them appropriately. - Take meeting minutes and ensure proper follow-up on action points. - Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary. - Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when required. - Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times. - Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. - Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is an added advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Professional appearance and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes: - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Reliable, discreet, and professional - Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision - Good customer service attitude. Salary N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
