Position Overview:
- The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team culture.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to hiring managers on selection decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in HR systems or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3-6 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ suitability for roles effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
