This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team culture.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to hiring managers on selection decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in HR systems or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3-6 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ suitability for roles effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
