An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. - Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Screen CVs, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. - Stay updated on labor market trends and best recruitment practices. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Proven experience filling roles across different functions and levels. - Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is an advantage. - High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
