An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and best recruitment practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience filling roles across different functions and levels.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
