Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the team, and tracking metrics. - He/ She will implement sourcing methods, advise on interviewing techniques, and build professional networks. Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance. - Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates. - Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options. - Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures. - Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques. - Recommend ways to improve employer brand. - Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. - Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations. - Other duties as directed. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related field. - Prior experience of three or more years in the recruitment field. - Excellent communication, time-management and interpersonal skills. - Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. - Familiarity with professional networks. - Strong decision-making skills. - Comprehensive knowledge of local laws and regulations. - A problem solver with a curious mindset and quick decision-making ability. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, resource and time-constrained environment. - Excel in a confidential work environment. - Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
