We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the team, and tracking metrics.
  • He/ She will implement sourcing methods, advise on interviewing techniques, and build professional networks. Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
  • Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.
  • Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Recommend ways to improve employer brand.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
  • Other duties as directed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related field.
  • Prior experience of three or more years in the recruitment field.
  • Excellent communication, time-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with professional networks.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • A problem solver with a curious mindset and quick decision-making ability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, resource and time-constrained environment.
  • Excel in a confidential work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
