Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Screening, Shortlisting and recommending qualified candidates for open positions. - Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback. - Support in Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Assisting in maintaining candidate records. - Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Required Qualifications: - Fresh graduates or Nysc Corp member with strong interest in Human Resources and Management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, etc.) - Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). - Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
