Position Overview: - We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or NYSC corps members who are enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources to join our team. - As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to assisting with the interview process. - This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry and develop valuable skills in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Screening, Shortlisting and recommending qualified candidates for open positions. - Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback. - Support in Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Assisting in maintaining candidate records. - Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Required Qualifications: - Fresh graduates or Nysc Corp member with strong interest in Human Resources and Management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, etc.) - Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). - Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
