An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- Lisse Africa is a human resource consulting company seeking a Recruitment Assistant who will work from home to increase service sales, brand awareness, and assist management with recruitment needs.
Position Overview:
- Advertise job openings
- Create and update a database of prospects and existing candidates
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Assist management with recruitment activities
- Manage business social media accounts
- Respond to email inquiries
- Send weekly and monthly reports to management
Requirements:
- OND or BSc in the Social Sciences field
- 0 to 2 years of work experience
- Must have a personal laptop
- Experience in HR or Recruitment is an added advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Office, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management is also an added advantage.
