An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • Lisse Africa is a human resource consulting company seeking a Recruitment Assistant who will work from home to increase service sales, brand awareness, and assist management with recruitment needs.
Position Overview:
  • Advertise job openings
  • Create and update a database of prospects and existing candidates
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Assist management with recruitment activities
  • Manage business social media accounts
  • Respond to email inquiries
  • Send weekly and monthly reports to management
Requirements:
  • OND or BSc in the Social Sciences field
  • 0 to 2 years of work experience
  • Must have a personal laptop
  • Experience in HR or Recruitment is an added advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media management is also an added advantage.
